About the company
Twin Cities Elevator is comprised of a team of local elevator industry veterans who had previously held key roles in international, national or local/independent elevator companies and who through their experience perceived a consistent customer demand for a higher level of elevator service, partnership, accountability, responsiveness and communication than is currently being provided in Minnesota.
We have vast and varied local elevator industry experience and knowledge that we are eager to share with you to provide customized elevator solutions that best suit your unique needs.

Steve Fedel
President
Steve is a proud Midwesterner and long-term Minnesota resident who relocated to attend the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 1998 and never left. He is a nationally recognized and award winning 20 year Minnesota elevator industry veteran who previously held customer-focused sales and strategic leadership roles with two international elevator companies.
Through Steve’s experience in prior roles and in direct competition with local and independent elevator companies, he gained a great appreciation of the creative, customized, cost-effective and efficient delivery of services and solutions that local/independent elevator companies are able to provide. In fact, seeing the success they had free from the constraints of being part of large corporations with standardized and sometimes rigid processes and customer solution offerings he saw an opportunity and a challenge to leverage this insight and experience and take it one step further.
Believing strongly in the value of collaboration and shared resources and experience, he partnered with Grand Rapids, MI based independent Elevator Service, LLC to make his vision of building a culture and elevator service business that it is truly singularly focused on delivering exceptional service to customers in Minnesota a reality.

Vice President of Operations
Throughout his career, Spencer has showcased his ability to effectively organize and manage a multitude of teams and projects, to determine innovative and cost-effective solutions for his customers and to work with his teams to consistently deliver exceptional service, communication and high-quality work on time and often ahead of schedule.
Seeing an opportunity for growth and to be part of building something different and truly great with an organization whose focus and values are aligned with his, Spencer joined Twin Cities Elevator.
